Washington, D.C. time on or about 9/12/97. The U.S. Department of Education is seeking contractual support to develop, conduct, and provide support for national training programs and other activities which inform student financial assistance program participants of statutory and regulatory requirements of the federal student aid programs. The U.S. Department of Education uses a variety of methods to train school personnel in the administration and management of the Title IV programs, including traditional lecture training, "hands on " software training, publications, videos, video conferences, and computer-based instruction.
