Slana (Site Code W31XNJ) The project consists of construction of approx. 200,000 SF three story Ambulatory Health Care Facility. Features include various clinic spaces; logistics, admin., radiology, pathology and record holding areas; and three story atrium space than extends the length of the building. Facility is steel frame with fire proofing, exterior is a combination of brick veneer and a direct applied acrylic finish system. Roofing includes both built- up and concrete tile. Site work included paving, grading, landscaping, demolition of existing hospital and associated utility work. Asbestos removal will be required. Bid documents are available on or about 21 July 1997. Estimated cost of work is over $10,000,000. Bidders and sub- contractors are encouraged to register on the Internet to receive one CD- ROM.
