Project is to provide and install a 28 ft x 30 ft modular office building, in two modules, to the Chelan Ranger District compound. On-site construction will include a 28 ft x 36 ft foundation, two (2) accessible restrooms, a six (6) foot wide connection to the existing annex building, connection of new utilities, new sidewalks, and a barrier-free ramp to the annex addition (modular). Due to site constraints, potential contractors are encouraged to view the site before preparing their quote. Government estimate is between $25,000.and $100,000. Contract time is 90 calendar days.
