This requirement is for the upgrading of pig launcher/receiver locations at the Big Hill (Jefferson County, TX), Bryan Mound (Brazoria County, TX), and West Hackberry (Cameron Parish, LA) Sites. Work includes demolition of existing winch supports and furnishing of new electrical winches and supports; modifications to drainage and containment areas; demolition of existing and furnishing of new rails and cradle trolleys; slab work; demolition of existing jib cranes; installation of new conduit and cable; and providing new motor starters at the pig traps. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. SOL will be issued on or about August 5, 1997. A non-refundable bid deposit of $30.00 per set of plans and specs is required.
