solicitation is open to all businesses regardless of size. Captain John
Rapids is located on the Snake River approximately 5 miles downstream
from the mouth of the Grande Ronde River. A fish acclimation pond will
be excavated from river bank material and will contain a PVC liner
protected by fine grained material and rockfill. The pond is
approximately 145' L x 90' W x 10' D. Construct gravel surfaced roads
at the site, approximately 50 cubic yards of concrete structures and
slabs, miscellaneous metalwork consisting of handrails, ladders and bar
grating, and chain link fence. Electrical equipment consists of two
submersible electric pumps (15 hp), air compressor (15 hp), starters
and controls for electric motors, trailer mounted 70 KW propane
generator, instrumentation for water quality of pond water, site
lighting and miscellaneous branch ciruits. Mechanical equipment
consists of cylindrical intake screens (wedge wire), PVC and
polyethylene pipe, air winches, and valves, guages and appartenances
for water piping systems. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and
$1,000,000. Nonrefundable payment of $30.00 (thirty) for plans and
specifications to accompany request for solicitation. Check made

Code is 1629. Average annual receipts for its preceding three fiscal
