Award evaluation criteria include technical capability, and past performance history in addition to price. Work consists of decommissioning work on seventeen Forest Service roads. Work includes culvert removal, road fill removal, drainage excavation, ripping of roadbed, seeding with mulch and installation of road closure barriers.
