The work includes the construction of a one story steel frame building on a reinforced concrete slab with spread footings and incidental related work. The exterior walls are precast panels with steel stud and gypsum board back-up. Interior partitions are primarily steel stud with vinyl covered or painted gypsum board faces. The roof system is a sloped asphalt shingle roof on nailable deck over insulation board on metal deck supported by steel bar joist. The finish floors are concrete, carpet, ceramic tile, porcelain tile and resilient tile and sheet flooring. Ceilings are exposed structure or suspended acoustical tile ceiling systems. The facility includes recessed fluorescent light fixtures, electrical and communication systems, sprinkler system, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, fume hoods, site work, paving, parking, landscaping, sidewalks and incidental related work.
