Project includes but is not limited to removing vinyl floor tile and sheet vinyl goods; removing existing electrical service for the facility; removing existing interior power and lighting circuits; providing new underground primary electrical service to the facility; providing new interior power and lighting circuits and new lighting fixtures, pump motors, motor controllers, panels, dry type transformers; providing exterior generator set to provide energy power to the facility. Project range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Completion time is 150 calendar days. Solicitation will be provided in response to written requests only.
