Furnish, assemble, install, and test one 18 MVA 115-kilovolt, grounded-wye/66.4-kV, 6.6 kilovolt delta, 3-phase, class OA, Generator Step-up transformer, including oil, oil-processing and lifting beam and slings, and equipped with tank-mounted high voltage surge arresters at Estes Power Plant in Larimer County, Colorado, not later than May 1, 1998, with two options to purchase two additional transformers for Estes Powerplant, and one for Mary's Lake Powerplant within the nest Fiscal year. Bid opening is tentatively scheduled for August 30, 1997. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation; additional copies will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 for each copy.
