SOL 97-R-3129 POC Rodney Gartrell (202) 433-5282 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington, intends to award a best value contract for operation maintenance services at the Naval Radio Transmitter Facility (NRTF) at Clam Lake, Wisconsin and the NRTF Republic, Michigan. The contract shall be for operation and maintenance of all equipment and facilities 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year (including the additional day for leap year). The period of performance is anticipated to be for one base year plus four one year options. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held. Offers interested in attending the site vist shall submit their clearance information on company letterhead signed by the company security manager to FISC Washington DC no later than 25 August 1997. The information required is as follows: a) Company Name b) Name(s) of those planning to attend the visits. c) Social security number, Date of Birth, and Citizenship of those planning to attend the visits. d) Security clearance level basis of clearance (agency providing clearance) and the applicable period of time of clearance of those planning to attend the visits. The required minimum security clearance is CONFIDENTIAL.
