The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a Sole Source contract for Inmate Post-Release Job Counseling Services to the Florida Department of Labor and Employment Security, Division of Jobs and Benefits, 921 Florida Avenue, Suite 101, Tampa, Florida 33614; (813) 930-7400. This Contractor will ensure that inmates residing in the Bureau of Prisons Community Corrections Center in Tampa, Florida receive these post-release job counseling services designed to assist them to acquire and maintain employment at a level commensurate with their skills and abilities. This contractor will provide services to 25 federal halfway house residents. It is essential that these services be provided within public transportation commuting distance of the Bureau of Prisons community corrections center in Tampa and the Division of Jobs and Benefits is the only known source to meet this specific criteria, being within commuting distance of the Bureau of Prisons halfway house facility.
