This is a fixed price requirement for the furnishing of all necessary, labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to provide base wide janitorial maintenance and related services at the Marine Corps Support Activity, Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport, Kansas City, Missouri. This is a campus type setting with several widely separated buildings. Some buildings are in daily use by active duty personnel and other buildings are partially occupied on a daily basis and fully occupied only during reserve weekend and annual training. Cleaning schedules and required services vary accordingly and require coordination. The services are required for a base period of up to 12 months, with options for two additional 12 month contract extensions. Competitive proposals are sought and will be evaluated based upon the best value criteria set forth in the solicitation. The SIC is 7389 and the small business size standard is $5 million.
