The Francis Marion National Forest plans to contract for Construction of a Picnic Shelter, Pergola, and Kiosk at the Sewee Visitor and Environmental Education Center, Wambaw Ranger District, Charleston County, South Carolina. The work will consist of minor grading and excavation; concrete; heavy timber; wood deck; roofing with metal roof panels; carpentry and framing; painting; top soil; seeding; and wildflowers. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and supplies necessary to complete the projects in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the solicitation. No materials, labor or supplies will be furnished by the Forest Service unless specifically identified in the Government Furnished Property clause. Project range is $25,000 to $100,000. (0189)
