Curtis (Site Code W31XNJ) Complete renovation of the LBC&W barracks (Bldg 3499). The work involves converting 2+2 barracks to 1+1 barracks. This consists of major facility renovation involving Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and plumbing. Modifications to exterior include electric service, sanitary sewer, HVAC lines and water lines. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis System) is required. For this job, a small business is defined as having average annual receipts of less than $17,000,000 for the past three years.
