The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and services in performing all operations connected with removal of existing BALLASTED EPDM roofs and replacement of new .60 mil EPDM over 2" insulation board on buildings 723 (10,275 S.F.), 740 (12,200 S.F.), 741 (17,800 S.F.) and standing seam sheet metal roof building 802 (5,000 S.F.). Project includes removal of existing EPDM Membrane, recovery board and gravel. Insulation board shall be mechanically fastened, including installation of new metal flashing and fascia metal along entire roof edge. Period of performance is 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date will be on or after July 24, 1997. The applicable SIC code and size standard for this acquisition are 1761/$7 mil. The estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is unrestricted.
