Z -- HOUSING LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS PINEHURST ESTATES PHASE I SOL N62472-97-B-0310 POC For plans and specifications call, (908) 323-2494 Synopsis: The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for removal of selected existing site landscaping including asphalt paving, sidewalks, grass, trees, shrubs, picnic structures, and playground equipment with its safety surfaces. Furnish and install new basketball court, new composite play structures, and new pavilion, new asphalt paving, concrete walks, concrete pavers, landscaping including grass, trees, and shrubs. Relocate existing composite play structures and playground equipment with its safety surface and other associated requirements. Performance period is 150 calendar days. if this contract is awarded prior to 01 August 1997, the contract completion date is established based on the award date. If award is made after 15 August 1997, the 150 days shall be calculated based on a start date of 15 March 1998. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1542. The related Small Business Size Standards is $17.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
