Work will consist of, but not limited to, selective demolition; cold-formed metal framing; miscellaneous carpentry; thermal and moisture protection; hollow metal door frames, solid core wood doors, aluminum windows, finish hardware and glazing; metal stud walls and gypsum board assemblies; interior finishes, including ceramic tile, acoustical tile ceilings, sheet vinyl flooring, resilient wall base, carpet, painting and wall coverings; installation of visual display boards, projection screen, vertical blinds, computer classroom equipment; and mechanical and electrical work. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC 1542 is applicable.
