Plaisted, (520) 638-7714. The National Park Service, Grand Canyon National Park, has identified a requirement for rehabilitation services outlined herein. Work shall be performed at the Albright Training Center in Grand Canyon Village on the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, approximately 60 miles north of Williams, Arizona on State Route 64. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, training, insurance and equipment as needed to remove vinyl-asbestos tile in 22 apartment units, install new carpeting and vinyl flooring, and paint their interior; remove front and back second story porches from five apartment buildings and replace them with wood-polymer material; replace 335 windows and 50 storm doors; abate lead paint and paint the exterior of five apartment buildings and Kowski Hall. Work shall be in compliance with technical specifications and all federal, state and local ordinances, regulations and rules pertaining to each phase, including removal, storage, transportation and disposal of asbestos and lead.
