includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the heating and
air-conditioning equipment, accessories, and inc~idental related work
in 156 FY-74 units located in Menriv Park and Eastside housing areas.
The work does not include extensive replacement of the existing
ductwork system, but will require minor duct replacement in installing
the fan coil units. Cleaning of the ducts and replacement of the
supply air diffusers is required in all 270 FY-74 units. The
requirement is estimated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 7623
and the annual size standard is $5.0 million. Contract duration period
is approximately 230 calendar days. This is an unrestricted
procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible sources may submit
a bid which shall be considered. Solicitation packages may be obtained
