New fences shall be a combination of 6' long and 12' long board-on-board fences, painted, with 2" x 2" wood top cap. A concrete curb shall be installed at the base of the fences, and a 4'H galvanized post installed at the end of some fences. Estimated range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore this acquisition is unrestricted; however, solicitation will contain an evaluation preference for SDB concerns. For the purpose of determining small business size status, the average receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 millions, SIC 1799.
