Scope of work: Provide construction services for an expansion of approximately 8,000 square feet to the Post Office in Doylestown PA. Construction includes expansion of the parking and maneuvering areas and a subsurface storm water system. The Post Office will remain in operation during construction, therefore, the phasing of the project will be important. Offeror must have a minimum of five (5) years General Contractor experience and must have satisfactorily completed at least five (5) projects of similar size and scope. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000 with completion required within 240 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
