The work includes removing the existing roofing material, down to the structural deck, and repairing/replacing of roof accessories such as, perimeter nailers, gravel stops, flashing, roof drains, and relief vents. Also, the contractor shall install tapered insulation to provide slope to drains and replace the sealant at existing pre-cast coping stones. The successful contractor will be required to install new torch applied modified bitumen roofing over an estimated 2,300 square meter roof area on Building 11.
