NCCOSC RDTE DIV intends to negotiate a firm fixed price, sole source contract with Lockheed Sanders, Inc., PO Box 868, Nashua, NH 03061-0888, to fabricate in accordance with P/N 94117-5704945G1 a patch panel assembly and to perform a functional test on the patch panel. The patch panel assembly is a component of the Transmitter Control Group (OL-538/WQT-2) of the AN/WQT-2 Low Frequency Active Transmit Subsystem. The Government is not competing this requirement since Lockeed designed the patch panel under a previous competitive contract and cost and time to redesign would be detrimental to the integration and testing in the T-23 suite.
