This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Training and Technical Reviews of ISO 9001 Strategies, Implementation, and Documentation Processes, which was posted on NAIS 7/2/97 and published in the CBD 7/7/97 under Classification Code B -- Special Studies and Analyses -- Not R&D. You are notified that the following changes are made: As a result of the following changes, the classification code and requirement title is revised to Classification Code R -- Professional, Administrative and Management Support Services, for ISO Implementation Experiences. The requirements for technical reviews of NASA Code R Centers quality management processes, analyses, recommendations, and assessments, are eliminated. The remaining requirements to be fulfilled under this procurement are communication of first-hand experiences in successful ISO 9001 implementation and certification via visits to the contractor s facility; executive overviews and NASA Headquarters and the Code R Centers; and Video Teleconferences between the contractor and Code R Centers. The estimated value of the procurement is now less than $500K. (0190)
