D -- MAINTENANCE OF GOVERNMENT-OWNED TEKLOGIX RADIO FREQUENCY DEVICES SOL SP3200-97-R-0003 DUE 082697 POC Carolyn Woods (209) 982-2412 or Joan Manning (209) 982-2410 Contractor shall provide supervision, labor, material, equipment and transportation required for "Return to Depot" preventive and remedial maintenance services for 222 each Government-owned Teklogix Corp. Radio Frequency Devices in support of the Naval Integrated Storage Tracking and Retrieval System located at Defense Distribution Depot San Diego (DDDC), San Diego, California for a base year plus one option year. PM service shall consist of one (1) on-site visit per year to provide preventive maintenance at DDDC on all Government-owned Teklogix RF devices. The contractor is required to provide a toll free telephone number for the government to call for technical support in troubleshooting of failed equipment and to report equipment failure. The contractor shall accomplish repair within 48 hours and return equipment via overnight delivery. The contractor shall provide replacement Teklogix equipment (controllers, base stations, and remote modules) on a loaned basis. The replacement loaner shall be sent overnight delivery at the time the service call is placed to the contractor and shall arrive at the Defense Distribution Region West site within twenty-four (24) hours.
