H -- WOODPOLE INSPECTION AND TREATMENT SERVICES SOL DE-RQ65-97WJ33250 DUE 080797 POC Cheryl Smith (970) 490-7523 The Western Area Power Administration of the Department of Energy has a requirement for nonpersonal services to provide all the labor, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to complete Woodpole Treatment and Inspection Services. The work consists of above and below ground inspection; nondestructive evaluation; furnishing and applying ground line treatment, internal decay treatment, and preventative fumigant treatment; and tagging and preparing inspection reports on the wood poles on approximately 150 miles of transmission line. This project will be performed in Northern and Western Colorado. The Service Contract Act applies and the Department of Labor Wage Determination 94-2081, Rev. 6, dated 6/1/97 applies to this requirement.
