The Contractor shall design, furnish and install all materials and equipment and perform all work necessary to complete, test, and make ready for operation the unit carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system rehabilitation for the power and pumping plant as described in the specifications. The rehabilitated carbon dioxide system shall be a completely stand-alone system, capable of operating independent of the plant fire control panel. The Contractor shall remove existing carbon dioxide fire suppression system equipment. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation; additional copies will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 for each copy. After issuance, the solicitation may be viewed, without charge, at the Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Room 2031 Federal Building, Billings, Montana.
