The upgrade shall include a HR-400 retro-fit, P/N 080122, Optional second enclosed argon flushed sample stand, P/N 081223, and spectrochemical data processing system consisting of the following: Electronic Integrating Unit, model MC-20, IBM Compatible Computer System, P/N 13702400, and ARC/Spark Software, P/N 078003. The tentative closing date for this quote is 11 August 1997. It is the intent of the Government to solicit Baird Corp., 27 Forge Corp., Franklin, MA on a sole source basis. All responsible offerors will be considered. Note 22 applies.
