E-MAIL: archuta@spaecom.af.mil, archuta@spacecom.af.mil. SALVAGE SERVICES -- AMENDMENT OF SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT, SUBMISSION NO. 091068, DATED 01 JULY 1997. The following information is provided to all interested offerors: (1) Salvage and ordnance removal will be in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, Local, and Site laws and regulations. (2) Offerors shall provide separate labor categories and rates for salvage operations and for environmental assessment/remediation of the site. (3) All references to OSHA, AFOSH, fire and safety regulations are replaced by the following statement -- "The Contractor shall conduct all recovery actions, activities, installations, and maintenance activities in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, Local, and Site laws and regulations. (4) Pilots and aircraft must be certified and carded by the U.S. Forest Service to conduct operations in, and transport hazardous cargo over, National Forest land. (5) The period of performance for this contract will be on or about 18 July 1997 through 30 September 1997. The minimum dollar value of services to be acquired under the contract shall be $100,000.00 with a maximum dollar value of $3 million. Task orders shall be issued for required services. The minimum/maximum dollar values for each task order issued shall be no less than $1,500.00 and not exceed $100,000.00. Each task order shall identify required services broken down into separate labor categories with estimated quantities specified. (6) No funds will be obligated by the contract itself. All funds shall be obligated by issue of separate task orders, including the minimum. (7) The Government anticipates making a single award as a result of proposals received in response to this solicitation. (0189)
