Contractor is required to pick-up furniture needing refurbishing at the USDA, OO, LSC, CEPO, 3346 Hubbard Road, Landover, MD, 20785. Occasionally, the contractor may be required to pick-up furniture from the USDA sites in the Washington Metropolitan Area, complying with the "Time of Performance" chart specified in the solicitation. Contractor may be required to disassemble and install systems furniture, as well as develop floor plans as needed. Request IFB-OO-97-B-33 by submitting two (2) self addressed mailing labels to the above referenced address. Include IFB number on mailing labels. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act and the place of performance is unknown. Wage Determinations have been requested for the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan Area; Crofton, MD (Anne Arundel County); Elkridge, MD (Howard County); Savage, MD (Howard County); Meadowview, VA (Washington County); Suffolk, VA (Suffolk City). The contracting officer will request additional wage determinations if asked to do so in writing by 8/18/97, 4:30pm. The contract will be awarded using sealed bidding procedures.
