The tipping floor, for sorting waste, will be a 100-foot by 70-foot, 10-inch thick reinforced concrete slab, with a 16-foot high edge over which solid waste can be pushed into trailers for transport. In addition to the tipping floor, construction of the facility will include a prefabricated steel roof and sides; grading; approximately 5,000 square feet of concrete and 2,500 square yards of asphalt paving; approximately 600 feet of 18-inch and 24-inch diameter concrete storm drain; 1,000 feet of 2-inch water service line, 5,000-gallon septic tank to hold waste water from cleaning; electric service; storm drainage; and erosion control measures. Network Analysis System will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
