The combined total length is approximately two (2) miles. Work and approximate quantities include: staking, clearing and grubbing, excavation (15,500 CY), reinforced earth fills (9,000 SY of geogrid), culvert installation (1,500 LF), riprap (150 CY), aggregate base (1,800 CY), asphalt paving (3,800 TONS) and stripping. This project is located on the Siuslaw National Forest, Waldport Ranger District, Lincoln County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Contract time is 280 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Government estimate is between S500,000 and S1,000,000. Bonding is required. Estimated start work date is September 25, 1997. This solicitation is not set-aside for emerging small business concerns. (0190)
