Project includes site improvements, grading, and site adaption. Included is HVAC and plumbing for office spaces, an exhaust recovery system, internal crane hoist system, vehicle maintenance pit, and electrical support for internal electronics shop. Network Analysis System will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
