Replace existing 24-inch sanitary sewer line approximately 800 linear feet from behind Holland Barracks, across railroad to just south of Butner Road. Include all repairs to restore sites to like new condition. 2. Clean postwide sanitary sewer lines ranging in size from 8-inch to 24-inch; replace or reline selected mains to include repairs to all required cuts, turf replacement amd erosion control. 3. Replace existing U/G high temperature water supply and return lines for five buildings. New lines are to be installed in a shallow trench. 4. Replace 750-ton cooling tower and replace existing boiler oil burners with #2 fuel oil burners. Network Analysis System will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
