Replace existing overhead primary circuit no. 4 along the Reilly Street between the All American Freeway and Sontay Street. Replace 12,470 volt overhead distribution lines from Letterman Street/Butner Road to the existing airbreak near Cold Storage Building 8-2643. Work also includes all necessary site improvements and restoration. Network Analysis System will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
