It includes demolition of approximately 800 feet of 4-lane road and reconstruction into 2-lane road with concrete curb and gutter; demolition and seating of existing concrete pavement; pavement marking; temporary and permanent erosion control measures; seeding and mulching of disturbed areas; placement of new storm drain pipe and structures. Network Analysis System will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
