Work includes but is not limited to the following: Addition of 3,448 SF one story to building 4012. Addition will be provided with a separate HVAC system. Roof will be a built up asphalt roof on tapered insulated metal deck and open web steel joists at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. Solicitation will be available on or about 29 Jul 97.
