The work consist of: (1) Repair/upgrade exit signage; (2) Provide and install one hour fire wall; (3) Provide and install fire rated door with hardware; (4) Provide and install firestopping material(s); (5) Provide and install new personnel exits; (6) Provide and install building insulation; and (7) Perform miscellaneous electrical repairs/upgrades. The magnitude of the proposed contract is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The proposed SIC is 1799. All responsible firms may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 for this solicitation package. No cash will be accepted.
