Provide new pneumatic control system including control valves, thermostats, control panels, timer and air compressor package for a complete working system, according to specifications and drawings. Provide wall mounted thermostat and control valves at locations as noted on plans. New pneumatic tubing run exposed shall be run in wiremold or exposed copper tubing. Run all tubing concealed above suspended tile ceilings where possible. Provide new control panel for night setback operation of all room thermostats. Provide manual bypass switch in location directed by owner to override night setback settings. Estimated price of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
