Work includes exterior repairs to include flashing at chimney, miscellaneous woodwork and plaster repairs, refinish and repair of chapel pews; paint interior of chapel. Repair mechanical system to include new dehumidification, reheat coils and thermostat, upgrade electrical service to include pole-mounted transformers, electrical service, lighting panel, feeders, branch circuits, surface mounted raceway, and outlets, rewiring lighting fixtures and installing exterior lighting. NOTE: All interior work will be scheduled to have the Chapel ready for use by noon each Friday. Scaffolding for painting shall be set up on Monday mornings and taken down and removed on Friday mornings, the Contractor shall plan for four 10-hour days each week. Network Analysis System will be required. This solicitaiton is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
