Work to include installation of carbon monoxide leak detectors, installation of new exhaust fans and rehabilitation of existing supply air fans. Rooms containing gas fired chillers will have refrigerant leak detection and systems interlocks installed to meet ASHRAE Standard 15. Sic code 1711/$7 million. The estimated dollar range is between $100,000 to $250,000. Award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
