Renovate the 74-unit Delmont Guest House to include installing efficiency kitchens, closets, additional electrical circuits, painting and wall coverings, exterior lighting, gutter repair/replacements, plumbing diverter replacement, connecting doors, and exterior stairway and balcony repairs. 2. Replace existing fluorescent light fixtures in the commissary warehouse with metal halide light fixtures including a winch and lowering system. 3. Convert an existing building bay to an approximately 60-foot by 40-foot oil analysis lab. Work includes suspended ceiling, walls, lighting, power, exhaust hoods, eye wash, fire extinguishing system, HVAC with temperature and humidity control. Network Analysis System will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
