Repair existing concrete floors in boiler room, stain exposed wood on complete building exterior. Provide new addition construction, new lighting system, new telecommunication system, new alarm and detection system. Magnitude of the project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. 20% bid bond is required.
