It is the declared and acknowledged intention of this solicitation to provide labor, equipment, transportation and supervision to service and test twenty-eight (28) medium voltage circuit breakers and one hundred and ten (110) associated protective relays, two (2) medium voltage switches, fifteen (15) low voltage circuit breakers and fourteen (14) associated protective relays located in the basement of Bldg. 103 and two (2) low voltage circuit breakers loacted in Bldg. 401 at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Cutler, Maine.
