Z -- O-R FLOORING SOL IFB 614-81-97 DUE 082797 POC Jerry Shepherd, Contracting Officer 901-577-7228 FAX 901-577-7242 Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to perform "O R Flooring" project at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN 38104. This project will include the installation of approximately 10,000 square feet of 3' X 3' solid vinyl flooring 1/8" thick with heat welded seams. This flooring is to be installed in the surgery area and shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Cost range of the project is $25,000 to $100,000. Completion time will be 150 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bid documents will be issued on or about 7-25-97 and must be requested in writing and may be faxed to 901-577-7242. A maximum of 50 sets of plans and specifications will be issued on a first come first served basis. Bid opening will be on or about 8-27-97 at 1:00 PM local time. SIC 1743 applies.
