Proctor, 202 927-8027, Fax 202 927-8688 The Bureau of Alcohol Tobbacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure 1ea; Multi Four-Gas Monitor. Specifications are as follows: Monitors up to four gases simultaneously and continuously; should be capable of monitoring combustable gases (LEL or CH4), oxygen and one or two or five toxic gases: Carbon Monoxide, Chlorine, Hydrogen Sulfide, Nitrogen Dioxide and Sulfur Dioxide. The unit shall be durable and easy to use. Simple field calibration and a re-chargeable battery is also desired, and the unit shall be compact. 1ea: Battery Charger for Multi Four-Gas Monitor, rechargeable nickel-cadium battery pack that will operate continuously for 10 hours when fully charged, can be charged in or out of the instrumnet. 1ea: Calibration Kit for Multi-Four-Gas Monitor. 85ea: Skat-pak Emergency Air System, 5-10 minute duration with positive pressure constant air flow, mask should be rechargeable, materials of the unit shall be capable of being shoulder, neck or waist mounted, and unit shall be lightweight. 34ea: Vest-Type harness (size medium) and Vest-Type harness (size large); shall be constructed of nylon, positive cylinder retention, can be worn in three positions, strap length can be adjusted in one motion, the regulator and hose assembly for both medium and large Vest-Type harness shall be constructed of nickle plated brass, constant flow -- 65 + 5 1pm for total duration, integral handwheel for ease of connection to cylinder; and Hose-Fabric braid reinforced liner with neoprene cover. Award will be made to the offeror meeting all specifications listed above with the lowest price on an ALL or NONE BASIS.
