70 -- YEAR 2000 UPGRADES AND ASSOCIATED SUPPORT SERVICES AND SATELLITE DISTRIBUTION SUPPORT TO NRC'S EXISTING BROADBAND POC Sharon Mearse, Contracting Officer, (301)415-7315, Brenda Dubose, Contract Specialist, (301)415-6578 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a modification with Wang Federal, Inc. under Contract No. NRC-10-93-133 entitled "NRC Operations Center Information Management System" (NRC OCIMS) to provide Year 2000 compliancy of the NRC OCIMS software, hardware and firmware and associated technical support. In addition, the contractor shall be required to link the Operation Center's satellite dish tuner into the Agency's broadband system. It is essential that the incumbent provide the required equipment and services as Wang Federal, Inc. has engineered, integrated, installed, tested, cutover, and made operational the system and subsystems equiment and facilities, as well as provided the required maintenance for the Operations Center.
