The period of performance is through 30 Sep 97 only. PartsCare Support is a maintenance type contract for equipment manufactured by Silicon Graphics Inc. PartsCare Features experts who answer hardware questions, help diagnose failures, and determine whether to dispatch replacement parts to the NIMA site. Replacement parts are to be received within one business day. Coverage hours are from 8 a.m. -- 5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Along with the telephone access information services such as monthly newsletter publications are provided. This award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
