Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to inspect and test the fire alarm systems at the VA Medical Center, 7305 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida 33410. The three systems consist of (1) main medical center building, (2) nursing home care unit, and (3) the fisher house. These systems are to be maintained in accordance with the current edition of NFPA and the manufacturer's specifications as well as JCAHO requirements. Period of performance is October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with the possibility of four option years. SIC -- 7382. Solicitation documents will be issued on or about July 31, 1997. All requests for solicitation documents MUST BE in writing and MUST BE received by the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication of this notice.
