Provide all Supervision, Material and Labor necessary to perform drydock and repairs of NOAA Ship OREGON II to be performed at the contractors facility. Performance period to commence approximately December 15, 1997, and shall be completed within 120 calendar days thereafter. The requirement will consists of approximately 25 basic items plus approximately 20 option items. The basic items will include such items as Sea Valve Overhaul, Underwater Body Coating ABS Loadline Survey, New Main Engine installation, CPP System Hub and Tailshaft Repairs, Ship's Service Diesel Generator Overhauls, Laboratory Space Modifications, and others. The option items to include Repair and Overhaul Ship's Stores Reefer Boxes, Galley Room Modifications, HVAC System Cleaning, Repair, Mods, & Balancing, Hull Side Preservation -- Boot Top to Bulwark, and others. The vessel will be available for inspection August 7-9, 1997 in Port Isabel, Texas, August 22- 24, in Veracruz, Mexico, and September 7-9, 1997, in Progresso,Mexico.
